PrescriptionYou will need from your General Practitioner a Doctor’s Referral to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursements.
Offsetting the cost of treatmentOnce your treatment series is completed, you will receive a bill for immediate payment. After payment is processed, you may then submit the bill to your insurance for reimbursement. The type of reimbursement you receive depends on your insurance coverage. A typical health insurance policy will reimburse you up to 50%. For prescribed house calls, the insurance retention is even lower. As insurance premiums vary, so does their reimbursement percentage of coverage. In such cases, a private insurance or accident insurance usually takes over the remainder of the costs.
AppointmentTherapy appointments can be made per phone or e-mail. If you should call and you reach the answering service, please leave a message with your name and phone number for a call back. You will receive a call back at the first opportunity.
